Created for the Bead Mavens Ice Queen Challenge, this piece won second place!
“...By nightfall, the Ice Queen's palace glows with colors of ice blue and splashes of purple. The towers and spires of her palace are decorated with sparkly icicles. I sought to mimic the edges of her palace in this necklace with Pagoda Beaded Charms and Swarovski bicone pendants.”
