Ordering
To order a pattern or a kit, click the "Add to Cart" button for the item(s) you wish to purchase. When you are finished, select the "View Cart" button, and select either the Paypal or Google Wallet button to enter your payment information.
Payment
Payment is accepted through either Paypal or Google Wallet (formerly Google Checkout) and both payment processors accept most major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). All prices are in US dollars. Purchases completed via Paypal do not require a Paypal account, however a free Google account is required to complete purchases via Google Wallet.
Any items shipped to a California address must be charged 8.0% sales tax (new rate effective 1/1/13).
Shipping
Patterns
All patterns are delivered electronically as PDF files. Once the checkout process is completed, click "Complete Purchase" and you will be directed to a page where you can download your purchased patterns. You will also receive a follow-up e-mail with instructions on how to download the patterns. Please note that the pattern download links are specific for each customer, and will expire after a set amount of time and download attempts. Please contact me if you are having any issues downloading your purchased patterns.
The customer is responsible for the software necessary to view PDF files, and the materials for printing the pattern. A free PDF viewer is available from Adobe.
Printed patterns are available by request for an additional $5 each. Please contact me if you are interested.
Kits
Patterns for all kits are delivered electronically as detailed above. Kits are shipped in a bubble-lined mailer via USPS First Class Mail, usually within 1-3 business days. The kit price includes First Class Mail shipping and handling fees to both domestic and international destinations. Faster shipping methods such as Priority Mail or FedEx are available by request, but the customer is responsible for the increased shipping charges.
Any applicable customs paperwork is completed accurately and attached to each international order. The customer is responsible for any duties or fees.
Refunds and Returns
Sorry, there are no refunds on patterns or kits. My designs are tested multiple times, my patterns are checked for errors, and I make every attempt to ensure that my kits are complete. If you encounter any problems with your kit, please contact me.

Privacy Statement
All customer data including e-mail and physical addresses are kept private. All payment information including credit card information is processed by either Paypal or Google Wallet, and I do not have access to this information.
