Stitch a beaded rainbow! The Rainbow Connection Necklace features a kaleidoscope of different crystals. The relatively simple beaded bezels put the focus on the variety of crystal colors; I’ve gone with a bright, sunny rainbow, but you can play around to come up with your own color palettes as well.  

In this class you’ll learn how to bezel a rainbow of crystals using Quarter Tila beads and Japanese seed beads, and you’ll learn how to embellish them with feathery seed bead embellishments. We’ll use peyote stitch and a few stitches of right-angle weave (RAW) to stitch the necklace.

Prerequisites: Students should be familiar with peyote stitch, and comfortable working with size 15° seed beads.

Skill level: Advanced Beginner.
