Damages and issues
I make every attempt to ensure an excellent standard of quality in my beading products, but I'm only human. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact me at beadorigami@gmail.com so we can figure it out.

 

Returns and refunds
Returns on beading kits are only accepted in rare circumstances. Contact me at beadorigami@gmail.com to inquire about the process. Any return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt, and any returned items must be unopened and in the same condition that you received them. The customer is responsible for any postal charges for shipping any returned items.

Any refunds are at our sole and absolute discretion.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

There are no returns on opened kits, workshop registration fees, workshop kits, Lucky Bags, sale items, or gift cards.
